JACAFA Conference: “21st Century Education: Dynamic Symbiosis between Education and Industry” at Holiday Inn Hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan on 1st March, 2019 

I hope that this finds you all well.  I am sending you the invitation to the above conference on Friday 1st March at Holiday Inn Hotel in Baku.  From The Nippon Foundation, Mr. Mori and Mr. Huffman will participate.  Please fill in the participation request form, and send it back to my mail, kyokovrboski@yahoo.co.jp by 31st January 2019If, whatever reasons, I don’t receive the form by the deadline, I will assume that you are not able to attend.  Please note that, if we receive too many applications, we chose the participants according to 1) contribution to JACAFA, 2) participation to the past JACAFA events, and/or 3) air ticket price.  Regardless which destination you choose to arrive in Baku, you will be reimbursed according to ongoing rate, as if your flight is from your own country.

The followings are the summary of the schedule. 28th February 2019  Arrival day 1st March 2019        

Conference day  (Assembly time: 13:00 at Conference Hall at Holiday Inn Hotel)
2nd March 2019       Half day Baku city tour will be organized, and JACAFA Dinner Meeting in the evening
3rd March 2019        Departure day 

JACAFA will cover your air ticket and 3 nights accommodation at Holiday Inn Hotel in Baku.  Please note that you have to book and purchase your ticket by yourself, and you will get reimbursed in USD cash in Baku against your presenting ticket payment receipt.  But before you purchase your air ticket, you have to send me the estimated price of ticket and obtain my approval.
Please note that all participants to the conference are obligated to submit the Baku Conference Report within a week after the completion of the conference (excluding host country alumni).  In application form, there is a question if you agree with this or not, and if you agree, your application will be proceeded.  If you don’t agree with this, your application will be automatically rejected.  Your report will get entry to the Baku Conference Report Contest, and the winner will be awarded at our next Annual General Assembly this year. 

I hope that many of you could participate to this very exciting event.
