Dear JACAFA Fellows,

I sincerely hope that this mail finds you all well and sound.  I am very pleased to invite you to our forthcoming JACAFA Annual General Assembly 2022, which will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, 26-29 May 2022.  

The tentative schedule will be as follows;

1) Thursday, 26 May: arrival day

2) Friday, 27 May: General Assembly meeting (whole day)

3) Saturday, 28 May: General Assembly meeting (AM), Excursion in Tashkent (PM)

4) Sunday, 29 May: departure day

(Agenda will be confirmed upon final decision)

If you would like to participate, please fill in the attached application form and send it back to my e-mail address (kyokovrboski@yahoo.co.jp) by 15 April 2022, so that we can organize your accommodation at the hotel.  The application form and budget plan for the small sized project are attached in the mail, so that you can fill in and submit by 30 April 2022, if you would like to apply.

It has been a long time since we could not organize our meetings due to COVID pandemic.  I strongly hope that we can realize our re-union, and strengthen our ties this year.  I look forward to receiving your application.
